The Old Man and the Sea - Hemingway

Has anyone else read this book? I think its a modern literary masterpiece with a lot of depth. Do you agree/disagree?

I think it's certainly a masterpiece, and no-one can accuse it of being too long Razz And before you say anything, I love it. But I think it's impact is somewhat overrated, though I may not be getting all the subtle nuances.
